At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
